Redemption Steps

The redemption flow takes under a minute once you know where the menu is located. Complete the opening tutorial first — new players cannot access the codes button until the tutorial finishes.

Wait for the tutorial to complete if this is your first session
Locate the blue bird icon in the top-right corner of the screen
Tap or click the icon to open the code entry text box
Type FIXED or JOIN EVENT exactly — codes are case-sensitive and JOIN EVENT includes a space
Press Redeem and confirm the reward appears in your Backpack
Open Backpack and equip the pet or shoes to activate bonuses

Troubleshooting

If a code shows as invalid despite correct spelling, join a fresh server and retry. Some Roblox games require a new server session before newly released codes activate. Double-check capitalization — FIXED is all uppercase; JOIN EVENT includes a space between words.
