Rune Basics

Runes socket into gear slots providing passive bonuses during all activities. Seven types exist in +1 Magic Evolution: Speed, Power, Acid, Defense, Life, Molten, and Legendary. Multiple slots may allow stacking or mixing types.

Detailed breakdown of effects and optimal use cases.

• Speed: Increases click rate and training speed — early game priority
• Power: Boosts damage output — universal boss DPS booster
• Acid: Damage over time / armor reduction — situational vs tanky bosses
• Defense: Reduces incoming damage — mid-late boss survival
• Life: Health and regeneration — pairs with Defense
• Molten: Fire burst bonuses — scales late with high-tier gear
• Legendary: Premium multi-stat effects — endgame best in slot

How to Get Runes

Socketing Strategy

Runes persist through rebirth. Investment is permanent — prioritize farming Power runes in each new zone before advancing.
